Road to Completion Scholarship

The Road to Completion Scholarship was established by the Berman family in support of Detroit residents who are nearing graduation. This is the fourth year it has been available at Eastern Michigan University. The Berman family and representatives of the Berman Foundation are eager to meet students and encourage them towards their goals.

Scholarships are in an amount of $2,500 and recipients are eligible to receive the award for two semesters. Criteria for the scholarship is listed in the attached application. Download the application [PDF] for more information and submit by December 1, 2017.

NALS of Michigan Scholarship

NALS of Michigan Scholarship Fund shall present one $1,000 non-renewable tuition/books-only scholarships available to those enrolled in a school of advanced education in the legal field. Download the application [PDF] for more information and submit by January 15, 2018.

Big Brothers Big Sisters "Littles" Scholarship

Students that participated as a "Little" in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program are encouraged to submit an application for our new scholarship fund. Download the application [PDF] for more information.

Diana L. Clark Memorial Scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the Diana Clark scholarship. Download the application [PDF] for more information. Applications are due on November 21, 2017.

Charles B. Fulford Scholarship

The 2018 Fulford scholarship is now available for the upcoming academic year. Download the application [PDF] to determine eligibility and application process. Applications are due on November 30, 2017. Submit all material to UACDC 200 McKenny Hall.

Fostering Futures Scholarship

The Fostering Futures Scholarship, a State of Michigan program, provides scholarships to young adults who have experienced foster care. The State of Michigan works with individuals, community organizations and businesses to encourage charitable contributions that go towards Fostering Futures Scholarship funds.

Friends of Polish Art Scholarships

The Friends of Polish Art Scholarship Committee is delighted to offer five Frank Filipek Arts and Sciences scholarships and two Lillian and Chester Mitchell Fine Arts scholarships to high school seniors entering college/university in the Fall of 2017 and current college students pursuing bachelor's/master's degrees. Each scholarship is in the amount of $2,500. Visit the scholarship site.

Thrivent Financial Summer Scholarship

Thrivent Financial would like to introduce their Spring and Summer Scholarship Program! Lucky winners will each receive a $5,000 scholarship to put toward their college costs. New this year, instead of having only one drawing, we will conduct drawings throughout the spring, summer, and early fall. Students do not need to be a member or borrow a loan to qualify. 

Scholarship for Future Special Education Teachers

The Antonia Dellas Memorial Scholarship awards up to $2,000 and is available to college juniors and seniors from Jackson County, Michigan. Get eligibility requirements and application. Along with application, applicants need two letters of recommendation, proof that they completed the FAFSA and their most recent transcript.
